Obituary
Adele K. Smith, 97 of Conneaut Lake, passed away on March 10, 2023 at home surrounded by her family. Adele was born in Buffalo, NY on January 6, 1926 to the late Walter and Pansy (Elder) Sheehan.
Adele was a member of Our Lady Queen of the Americas Roman Catholic Church in Conneaut Lake. She enjoyed shopping and crafting with her daughters as well as reading. She loved going for scenic rides and taking trips to Buffalo to see family. Most of all she loved her family.
Adele is survived by her children: David (Janet) Stubbe of Port Ritchey, FL, Sandy Baumgardner of Conneaut Lake, Pam (Fred) Teasdale of Meadville, and Mark (Beth) Lesher of Meadville, grandchildren: Michelle (Bondy) Stoyer, Chris (Danielle) Stubbe, Todd (Jennifer) Baumgardner, Chase (Dru) Lesher, and Kandace Thomas, eleven great-grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Adele was preceded in death by her longtime companion: Joe Teare, husband: Raymond Smith, granddaughter: Tracey, Sandy’s longtime companion: Richard Miner, four brothers: Edward, Walter, Ronald, and Gary, and three sisters: Dorothy, Cecilia, and Janet.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to WAID-COLEMAN FUNERAL HOME, INC. 12422 Conneaut Lake Road, Conneaut Lake.
A private Memorial Mass will take place at Our Lady Queen of the Americas Roman Catholic Church, Conneaut Lake.
Interment will take place in Lakeview Cemetery.
