Mark Joseph Fletcher

Mark Joseph Fletcher, 87, of Meadville, passed away on Monday, April 10, 2023 at Oil City Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. 

Mark was born on February 22, 1936 in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Harold and Florence Fletcher. Mark graduated from Porcell High School in 1954 and honorably served his country in the U.S. Air Force from 1955 to 1959.

Mark married Mary E. Martin on May 4, 1957 in Cincinnati.  They shared many wonderful years on Lake Erie, with their 3 sons, before moving to Mountain Home, Arkansas in their retirement.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents; wife Mary; and son’s William and Michael Fletcher.

Mark is survived by his son, Jerry and his wife Tamara of Meadville; granddaughter Lauren Fletcher of Pittsburgh; granddaughter, Samantha Casey and her husband Nathan of Cranberry Township; and great granddaughter, Emerson Casey.

Also surviving are daughters- in-law, Janice Fletcher of Myrtle Beach, SC and Susanne Fletcher of Carlsbad, CA.  Additionally, he is survived by grandchildren, Sarah, Hayden and Kelsey.

Services are private and at the convenience of the family.  Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Crawford County, 766 Liberty St. or the Crawford County Humane Society, 11012 Kennedy Hill Rd., both of Meadville, PA 16335.
