Steven D. and JoAnn M. Reinoehl, Jr. of Conneaut Lake, died Thursday, February 25, 1999 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Vernon Township, Crawford County.
JoAnn, 30, was born February 7, 1969 in Meadville, a daughter of the late John Keene and Carolyn Hall Keene.
Steven, 27, formerly of Cherry Tree, was born March 15, 1971 in Jersey City, NJ; a son of Steven D. and Jacklyn Ryan Reinoehl, Sr. JoAnn and Steven were married May 28, 1994.
JoAnn was a 1987 graduate of Conneaut Lake High School and a 1991 graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor's degree in hotel and restaurant management. She worked as a clerk for the Sheetz store in Conneaut Lake. She previously worked for US Cargo in State College as a driver and delivery person. She enjoyed watching movies with her husband and being a homemaker and mother. She was a very loving positive person.
She is survived by her ten month old daughter, Ayla Rose Reinoehl; her mother of Conneautville; one sister, Cheryl Cree of Conneaut Lake; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She preceded in death by her father, John Keene; her paternal grandparents, John Keene and Mary Keene Hazen and her maternal grandparents, Cecil and Gwendolyn Hall.
Steven was a 1989 graduate of Purchase Line High School in Commodore. He attended Penn State University. He worked at Plasma Automation, Inc., in Meadville. He was an active member of the Crawford County Amateur Radio Society. He was an avid CW (Continous Wave) operator whose call sign was AA#RW. He was an avid sportsman who especially enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a member of Our Lady Queen of the Americas Church, its choir and he was a church Cantor.
He is survived by his ten month old daughter, Ayla Rose Reinoehl; his parents of Cherry Tree; two sisters, Meriann Reinoehl of Chestnut Hill and Katherine Reinoehl of Cherry Tree; his maternal grandmother, Mary Ryan of Nutley, NJ and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Robert and Ann Mihoerck Reinoehl, Sr. and his maternal grandfather, John Ryan.
Services were held with the Waid-Coleman Funeral Home.
Interment was in Our Lady Queen of the Americas Cemetery.
