Beloved husband, brother and father, D. Keith Boyd, 84, of Saegertown, returned to his Heavenly home on March 25, 2019.

Keith was born in Waterford on May 28, 1934 to Ralph and Mary Boyd.  He married Beverly Ann Bowman on February 8, 1958.

In addition to his wife, Keith is also survived by his children, Steven Keith Boyd (Kerensa) of McKinney, TX, Mary Lisa Campbell (Andrew) of Dayton, OH, and David Lee Boyd (Renee) of Saegertown; nine grandchildren, Amanda, Ashton, Victoria, Benjamin, Garret, Christina, Breana, Kaelyn and Kassandra; three great-grandchildren, Andrew, Luke and Ella; and two siblings, Delores Ray and Walt Boyd.

Keith was preceded in death by a son, Robert John Boyd and a brother, Charles Boyd.

Keith graduated from Ligonier High School in 1952 and from Robert Morris University in 1955.  Using his degree in accounting, Keith went on to serve as treasurer of the Greenleaf Corporation, and remained active on the board for over five decades.  Keith also served in the Navy for two years.

An avid outdoorsman, Keith enjoyed cruising his 180-acre property in his Kubota, spending time with family, and cuddling with his beloved Yorkie, Mitzy.

A member of Pleasantview Alliance Church, Keith was also known for his generosity.  He hosted Camp Venango for Jesus on his property and attended multiple mission trips to Guatemala where he left a lasting impact on those he helped.

Those close to him describe Keith as a gentle and kind hearted man who touched the lives of everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.

The extent of Keith’s love and warmth will live on in the hearts and minds of friends and family.  He was, in the truest sense, a provider and protector whose presence will be sorely missed.
