Donna J. Mullen

Donna J. Mullen, 90, of Meadville, died Friday, March 31, 2023 at the Crawford County Care Center.

She was born December 28, 1932 in Meadville, a daughter of Kenneth and Evelyn Dickey Andrews.  She married Charles F. Mullen January 20, 1951 and he preceded her in death April 22, 2015.

Donna was a 1950 graduate of Meadville High School.  She worked as a secretary for the Crawford Central School District for many years, primarily at Neason Hill Elementary School.

She was a member of Stone United Methodist Church.  She was also a member of Vernon Central Hose Company and the Hilltoppers Club.  Donna enjoyed traveling, flower gardening, and especially spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survivors include two children, Dale Mullen and Dawn Muntean and son-in-law Rick, all of Meadville; five grandchildren, Dalton Mullen, Andrea Mullen, Dana Mullen, Julia Muntean, and Andrew Muntean; seven great-grandchildren plus one expected; a brother, Ralph Andrews of Townville; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two sons, Daniel and David Mullen; and two sisters, Doris Hazen and Deanna Stright.

Family and friends will be received on Saturday, April 22nd from 10-11 a.m. at Stone United Methodist Church, 956 S. Main St., Meadville where a memorial service will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Sarah Roncolato, Pastor, officiating.

Interment will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
