On Saturday, May 7, 2022, Victor Ross Litwiler, loving father and grandfather, passed away at the age of 59.

Victor was a devoted father and grandfather who was active everyday in his daughter Christina and grandson Tyler life.  Victor made his family his top priority.  Victor enjoyed fishing, cooking, trying new restaurants, reading, music, gardening, working on cars, building things, going to his grandsons sporting events, collecting movies and especially loved the Cleveland Browns.  Victor was very active in helping those less fortunate.  He donated food and supplies to churches and shelters for over 30 years.  Victor also donated his time as an animal cruelty investigator for Trumbull County, OH for many years.  Victor was a man of many different trades, he owned and operated a construction and HVAC company for over 20 years until he became ill.  Victor was a man who gave of himself constantly and asked for nothing in return.  Victor had a difficult life and never wanted others to experience what he had, so he would go above and beyond for anyone close to him.  Many people referred to Victor as Dad or Pappy as he treated them as if they were his own.  Victor had a rough exterior with an absolute heart of gold.  He was a man who would move mountains for the people he loved and his love knew no limits.  Victor meant absolutely everything to his family and friends and will be missed so deeply.  The love and laughter he brought to this world will never be forgotten.
